PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 by Paul Allen Maestri as a 5 truck operation. In our 40+ years of being in business, we have become an international company with more than 2,200 trucks and 8,000 trailers. Pay and Schedule

This position is Monday - Friday 7:00AM to 5:00PM. The pay range is $125,000 - $150,000 annually dependent on experience.

How will you contribute to the success of the team?

• Assisting with SEC reporting and disclosure support
• Supporting tax compliance and audit coordination
• Monthly and quarterly analytical review procedures
• Assisting with periodic forecasting processes
• Oversight/support of subsidiary accounting activities
• Assisting with lender reporting and equipment financing activities
• Corporate governance and permanent document organization/retention

Required Skills and Experience

• Public company accounting and SEC reporting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Experience coordinating quarterly and annual filings (10-Q, 10-K, proxy, etc.)
• Corporate tax compliance experience
• Financial statement fluctuation analysis and analytical review procedures
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling experience
• Treasury/cash management exposure, including financing coordination
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, including corporate records management
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities.
