What You’ll Do
As a Field Project Manager, managing the Utah market you’ll be the critical link between our customers and our operations—ensuring projects run smoothly, relationships stay strong, and opportunities for growth are always on your radar. Position would mainly work out in the field with minimal in-office time.

Travel: Daily travel to various customer job site locations (must have reliable transportation - milage reimbursement included) - no overnight stays.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Customer Champion: Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities to expand our footprint.

  • Own the Jobsite: Visit project sites regularly, resolve issues proactively, and ensure our solutions are delivered with precision and professionalism.

  • Drive Innovation: Provide valuable market feedback and insights to help shape future product enhancements and service offerings.

  • Collaborate & Support: Partner with Account Managers to promote our product lines and support sales efforts across your region.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to keep UFP Site Built at the forefront of the industry.

  • Keep It Moving: Handle job setups, attend pre-construction meetings, and perform drive-bys to ensure every detail is covered.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 2–4 years of experience in construction or a related field

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Manufacturing or prefabrication experience is a plus

  • Familiarity with UFP’s culture, products, and processes is a bonus
