Job description:
The Skilled Laborer is responsible for performing general labor tasks associated with the underground construction/update of Fiber Optic systems.
Full Job Description:
路 Load, transport and unload materials on to the job site
路 Ensure site is set up correctly and in compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
路 Shovel dirt to prepare and assist Machine Operator to lay conduit
路 Dig holes/trenches路 Perform small concrete/Asphalt repairs
路 Spot digging existing utilities
路 Ensure the workspace is clear of debris
路 Assist Foreman in completing paperwork
Skills & Qualifications:
路 3+ year of experience in underground construction preferred
路 Operate mini x
路 Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced and quickly changing environment
路 Ability to work on call including evenings and weekends as needed
路 Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
路 Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
路 Must pass a background check and drug screen
路 Valid driver鈥檚 license required
