What this role looks like:

To assist the Virtual Communications Manager in directing activity to meet established goals and objectives established for sales, productivity, service and quality of work. Ensure members and potential members receive fast, courteous, accurate service. Identifies and resolves member problems in an effective and timely manner; trains and supports Virtual Branch staff in all aspects of member sales and service.



What you'll do: 

  • Assist in the hiring, training, scheduling and in monitoring daily activities of the Virtual Branch staff to ensure the staff is providing member service to the level "we promise" to our members. Ensure staff are motivated and effective at selling credit union products and services. 
  • Handle incoming member requests through all channels and look for referral opportunities.
  • Support all lending functions as necessary including interviewing, processing and disbursal of loans. 
  • Work closely with supervisor in identifying performance problems and taking action to correct. 
  • Monitor department activities for compliance with established policy, regulations and internal controls. Take action to resolve any out of compliance issues. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. 


Education & Experience: 

  • Three years to five years of similar or related experience
  • (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
