In this role, you'll help individuals and families make informed decisions about advance cemetery planning, ensuring their wishes are documented and their loved ones are spared difficult decisions in the future. Mount Hope's beautiful grounds and longstanding connection to the community provide a meaningful setting for helping families plan with confidence and peace of mind. This is a relationship-focused role centered on pre-need cemetery planning. Successful Associates build connections within the community, educate families about their options, generate leads through company-provided resources and personal outreach, and help families create plans that reflect their values, wishes, and budget. The right candidate is compassionate, self-motivated, and comfortable building relationships that lead to meaningful conversations and lasting trust.
