Job DetailsJob Location: Redwood- Main Building - Topeka, KS 66611Position Type: Full TimePosition Purpose Maintains assigned areas of the community in a sanitary, orderly and attractive condition by performing various repetitive tasks using necessary equipment and supplies. Principal Accountabilities and Essential Duties of the Job Daily cleaning of rooms, halls and areas as assigned. Completes work orders as assigned. Hard surface floors are refinished as scheduled. Hard surface floors are buffed and/or burnished according to schedule. Carpeted areas are extracted as scheduled or needed. The trash is picked up and taken to the dumpster as scheduled or needed. Performs weekend duties on a scheduled and rotating basis. Qualifications High School or GED Must be physically able to lift or move heavy items on a consistent basis. Floor care experience is preferred. Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
