Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills by providing a patient-friendly and pleasant registration process to assure that patient and family needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for accurate registration of patients, communication of clinic policies, financial responsibilities, and Patient Rights and Responsibilities according to clinic operating procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with JCAHO regulation and other regulatory agencies.
  • Works under the supervision of clinic manager/supervisor or designee.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School/GED
  • Basic computer skills

Preferred Job Requirements:  

  • One-year prior experience in office setting and customer service.
