Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills by providing a patient-friendly and pleasant registration process to ensure that patient and family needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for accurate registration of patients, communication of policies, financial responsibilities, and Patient Rights and Responsibilities according to clinic operating procedures. 
  • Ensures compliance with JCAHO regulations and other regulatory agencies. 
  • Works under the supervision of the clinic manager/supervisor or designee. 

Qualifications

Job Requirements: 

  • High School/GED. 
  • Basic computer skills.

Preferred Job Requirements:  

  • One year of prior experience in an office setting and customer service.
