POSITION SUMMARYÂ |
Manages all plant operations including production, office administration, logistics, maintenance, quality, safety, and compliance, while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and successfully establishing and scaling operations in an international manufacturing environment. In addition to our typical plant leadership responsibilities, this role is accountable for startup execution, cross-border coordination, regulatory compliance, workforce development & communication, and cost-effective offshore operations. |

Positions that report to this position: | Same core structure as domestic plant (Warehouse Manager, Maintenance Manager, Production Planning Manager, Plant Engineers, Administrative Coordinator, Production Managers, Team Leaders) with expanded oversight of local labor compliance, Customs/logistics coordination, DR government & Free Trade Zone relationships |
Limits of authority to change subordinates’ salaries, job assignments, operating policies, etc.: | Operating policies and salaries, subject to approval of COO. |

POSITION REQUIREMENTS | |
To perform at a proficient level and to be fully qualified, a person would be expected to have: | |
Education: | Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or other related field is preferred |
Experience: (minimum required) | 10+ years of plant management experience in manufacturing environment. Additional Offshore-Specific Experience: |

1. Core Skills (from base role) a. Strong financial and operational management capability b. Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) with effective communication in both languages c. Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement expertise d. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills 2. Added Offshore Capabilities a. Cross-cultural leadership and workforce engagement b. Knowledge of international labor practices and regulatory environments c. Experience with import/export logistics and customs processes d. Ability to operate effectively with remote leadership and decentralized teams e. Fluency in Spanish (preferred) or ability to operate effectively through translation resources f. Strong adaptability and resilience in dynamic, developing operational environments g. High accountability with ability to operate independently in offshore setting | |
