Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom

• Guide individuals and families through personalized benefit options

• Assist clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity

• Maintain accurate and organized digital records

• Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-up communication

• Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship meetings

• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and service

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

• Confident using video communication tools and digital platforms

• Passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful work

• Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
