Skilled Trades Partners (STP) is hiring MIG Welders/Fabricators for full time positions in Topsham, ME. 1st shift opportunity for experienced welders looking to join a growing manufacturing team.

Position Details

• Position: MIG Welder/Fabricator
• Location: Topsham, ME
• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime: Available
• Pay: $20–$25/hour, based on experience
• Background Check: Required

Job Responsibilities

As a MIG Welder/Fabricator, you'll help build high-quality products that customers across the country rely on every day, including:

• Truck bodies
• Roll-off truck systems
• Sand spreaders

Additional responsibilities include:

• MIG welding and fabricating metal components
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders
• Measuring, fitting, and assembling parts to specifications
• Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area

Qualifications;

We're looking for candidates who are:

• 1-2 years of Welding experience
• Reliable, motivated, and take pride in producing quality work
• Able to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Team-oriented and eager to learn and grow
• Willing to work overtime as needed
