Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and other issues in diesel trucks and trailers
• Replace and balance tires according to proper safety procedures
• Complete repairs on starters, brakes, axles, generators, and universal joints
• Communicate with service writers and customers to explain repair needs
• Perform emergency roadside service when needed
• Support and train new technicians as the team grows
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Ideal Candidates Have

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Medical Examiner’s Certificate
• 1+ years of diesel or automotive repair experience (preferred)
• ASE certifications (preferred but not required)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Great attitude, reliable work ethic, and customer-focused mindset
