Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Property and Casualty

This role is the starting line for building a career in commercial insurance.

• Bilingual at a professional level in both English and Japanese (speak, read, write)
• Motivated to develop a challenging, rewarding and stable career in commercial insurance
• Confident in your MS Office skills and good at learning new technology
• Proactive, detail-oriented and a great communicator
• Interested in and capable of working in a professional hybrid work environment (at home + in office, professional attire expected)
• Located within reasonable commuting distance to our Torrance, CA location
• Eligible to work in the US without visa support

This is a career opportunity with rapid advancement potential for a motivated, capable person with a great work ethic and a proactive, "can-do" attitude. You would need to get a Property & Casualty license within the first 3 months of hire.
