In this role, you will impact the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes, contributing to the delivery of superior products that meet customer specifications and Honeywell’s standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and set up various machine tools including lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce precision parts.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet required tolerances and standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Train associates on processes and procedures related to machining to ensure compliance and safety.
- Comply with all safety and quality standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years proven experience as a machinist with advanced skills in operating and setting up machine tools.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, precision measurement tools, and quality control standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Experience with CNC machines and manual machining equipment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

- Associate degree or technical certification in machining or manufacturing technology.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
