Job Summary:

This is an exciting role in a growing company.Ā Epirus designs and buildsĀ cutting-edge, high-powered microwave (HPM) systems transforming the defense industry. As we scale our operations,Ā we're seeking a skilled Palantir Developer with a finance background to support data integration, reporting, and decision-support tooling across our business. This is a 3-month contract engagement with potential for extension based on business need.

Responsibilities:Ā 

  • Build, configure, and maintain Palantir Foundry pipelines, ontologies, and dashboards to support finance use casesĀ 
  • Partner with Finance, FP&A, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable, actionable data productsĀ 
  • Develop andĀ maintainĀ financial reporting workflows including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis applicationsĀ 
  • Integrate data from ERP and other enterprise systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) into Palantir FoundryĀ 
  • Support ad hoc analyses and build executive-level dashboards for leadership visibility into financial performance and operational KPIsĀ 
  • Support end-user training and adoption of newly developed Foundry applicationsĀ 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and aĀ minimumĀ 5 years of experience inĀ Accounting,Ā FinanceĀ or a related experience with minimumĀ 3 years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (Pipeline Builder, Ontology, Workshop/Slate)Ā 
  • Background in finance, accounting, FP&A, or financial operationsĀ 
  • Experience integrating ERP or financial systems data (Oracle, SAP, or similar)Ā 
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholdersĀ 
  • US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident (security clearance may beĀ required)Ā

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with government cost accounting or program financialsĀ 
  • ProficiencyĀ in Python orĀ PySparkĀ within FoundryĀ 
  • Experience building KPI frameworks and executive reporting toolsĀ 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across finance, operations, and ITĀ 
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentĀ

As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.Ā 
For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is:
$116,900—$155,900 USD
