Why You’ll Love This Role:

You will come to understand the life cycle of parts from donor stage to a finished good and will assist with overall part flow from suppliers and internal resources by preparing work orders and managing production lots.
Your goal is to ensure smooth and efficient production operations for the downstream value chain in a manner that demonstrates, “Everything is Important.”

What You’ll Do:

Disassembles, cleans, and assembles parts to prepare for outside processing 
Coordinates and assists outside processing part movement and staging under direction from the Lead  
Works closely with disassembly vendor to ensure timely flow of donor parts 
Creates and updates work instructions related to preparing parts for outside processing 
Analyzes and tests parts for quality conformity according to the Engineering Department’s SOP 
Manages inventory levels within MRP and transactions for inventory moves

Who We’re Looking For:

The desired candidate is an effective communicator and team player with the ability to multitask, follow work instructions, and be adaptable.
High school diploma or equivalent 
At least two (2) years of related work experience with automotive parts and/or working in an automotive manufacturing environment 
Basic understanding and use of Microsoft Office Suite
Bonus points if you have technical training in the automotive industry and/or familiarity with Porsche vehicles (early models)

Location & Schedule:

This position is onsite in Carson, CA and the schedule is Monday – Friday 5am – 1:30 with overtime as needed.

The starting salary range for this position is between $21.00-28.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
