▶︎Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test high-quality web applications
- Maintain and enhance existing systems with new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements
- Build backend functionality using C#, .NET Framework, and MVC
- Create engaging frontend experiences using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Develop and integrate APIs and web services
- Prepare clear technical documentation in both English and Japanese
- Participate in future Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation project
▶︎ Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of software development experience, including hands-on experience with Java
- Proven expertise in C# / .NET Framework / ASP.NET / MVC
- Strong frontend development skills with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with database development using MS SQL
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git or Azure DevOps
- Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
Nice to Have (Optional):
- Previous involvement in ERP or business system projects
- Experience in end-to-end web application development and deployment
