Job DetailsJob Location: Torrance, CA 90503Salary Range: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 Salary/yearJob Purpose: Navitas Semiconductor (Nasdaq: NVTS) is the world leader in next-generation GaN & SiC power technology. We are seeking a Technical/Product Marketing person to drive technical positioning, product definition, market adoption, and customer engagement for Navitas’ GaN power devices across AI & data centers, performance computing, industrial electrification, and grid infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Own value propositions for GaN power products with system-level focus to position Navitas as the market and technology leader in GaN. - Define GaN product roadmap and support business case justifications in Navitas’ strategic focus markets. - Translate customer platform requirements, power architectures, and cost targets into actionable insights and solutions for our semiconductor business. - Identify optimal applications and platforms for growth with Navitas solutions (server PSUs, AI/HPC rack power, workstation adapters, etc.). - Engage with customers and influence decision makers across engineering, architecture, and leadership, to clearly demonstrate the quantifiable & value proposition of our solutions. - Act as a direct interface with customers, distributors, Sales, FAEs, to coordinate support and issue resolution. - Partner with customer engineers to help solve their challenges quickly and make it easy to design-in and scale Navitas solutions (NPI to mass production). - Work cross-functionally with FAE, Sales, Quality, Product Engineering, Marketing, Operations, with a high degree of ownership and autonomy. - Develop technical/product marketing collateral, whitepapers, conference presentations, and reference architectures. QualificationsKnowledge & Skills: - Strong background in power electronics and GaN devices - Experience and understanding around GaN, SiC, and isolated power topologies for server, adapter, and infrastructure power conversion - Experience in AI data centers, performance computing, or industrial power - at least 2 years of product marketing / business development experience - Knowledgeable in the power electronics space and power IC solutions, especially in AC/DC and DC/DC high power converters for server PSUs, adapters, and HVDC/48V architectures - Knowledge and strong understanding of the power semiconductor industry - Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage a myriad of demands and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Maintains accountability for actions (ownership of work) - Extremely reliable and self-motivated with the ability to champion initiatives     Requirements: - BS in Electrical Engineering - 5+ years experience in power electronics or semiconductors - GaN experience preferred   Other: - Located in Torrance area. - ~20% travel to US/Europe
