Job Summary
Will provide administrative support to the Medical, Clinical, and Administrative staff of Outpatient Behavioral Health.  This will include performing the critical task of greeting and interfacing with behavioral health patients and community partners.   
Check-in all patients attending services.  Complete required registration, charging, and payment collection for each patient.  Assure that patient demographic and insurance information is current.  Work with patients to complete and sign required forms, permissions, pre-appointment scales, and surveys as assigned.


  • Associates degree in related field with one or more year’s job related experience. 

  • Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills to support the efficient operation of the department
