  • Define equipment organizational design and develop high-performing teams on a global basis. Employ strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring to foster talent and drive a customer-centric culture. For the established team, instill performance rigor and accountability; for the custom division currently in assembly, lead the organizational greenfield - defining its structure and recruiting its founding core. Embed a culture of accountability and safety; and align incentives to strategic outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations.  Monitor and partner with enterprise legal and compliance teams to ensure required business and personnel certifications are in place.  (ISO, ITAR, etc.)
