About the Role:
Join the Dick Cooper TV & Appliance team as a Delivery Person, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their appliances with care and efficiency. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload appliances onto delivery vehicles.
- Deliver appliances to customer locations in a timely manner.
- Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries.
- Assemble and install appliances as necessary upon delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and traffic regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in delivery or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy appliances and navigate stairs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
