Job Summary:
The Automation Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and supporting robotic machinery and automation equipment. This role involves working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical components to build robotic and automation systems according to engineering specifications and production schedules.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assemble automation machinery, panels, conveyors, and subassemblies using engineering drawings and work instructionsÂ
- Install mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic componentsÂ
- Perform wiring, cable routing, and component mountingÂ
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawingsÂ
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracyÂ
- Troubleshoot and correct assembly issuesÂ
- Test equipment functionality and assist with system startupÂ
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safelyÂ
- Maintain clean and organized work areasÂ
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standardsÂ
- Work closely with engineers, technicians, and production teams
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

- 1–2 years of experience in a similar position
Physical Requirements:Â
- Occasional walking, twisting/turning, stooping/bending, pushing/pulling, squatting, reaching above the shoulder.
- Frequent standing, repetitive hand/wrist movement, forearm rotation.
- Ability to perform frequent bending, lifting, and moving of materials
- Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
