Job DetailsJob Location: TOWAOC, CO 81334Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: Any Summary/Objective The Retail Associate is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient customer service while supporting the daily operations of the Ute Mountain Casino Hotel Gift Shop. This entry-level position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment. Duties include processing transactions, assisting guests, restocking merchandise, and upholding departmental policies. Success in this role means creating a welcoming shopping experience for guests, operating accurately and responsibly, and contributing to the overall appearance and professionalism of the gift shop. Qualifications Qualifications General Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Ute Mountain Ute Gaming Commission Non-Suppot License (background checks may be required). Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Must maintain a professional appearance, tone, and guest-service mindset at all times. Must pass a drug test. Education High school diploma or GED required Experience This is an Entry Level Role Previous customer service or retail experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems or cash handling is a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills and ability to handle cash with accuracy Ability to follow procedures and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Professional, courteous demeanor with a guest-first attitude
