TRAK TECOM is seeking an IT Systems Administrator who will have a key focus on administering and maintaining our organization’s IT platforms, as well as providing end user support for over 200+ users in a team-based environment, with a heavy emphasis on collaboration. The systems administrator's responsibilities include monitoring, supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software, and ensuring that all IT systems run with optimal performance. U.S. citizenship required. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a government security clearance.

  

Responsibilities: 

  •   Responsible for supporting and maintaining end user computing platforms and deployed applications.
  • Implementing and maintaining numerous hardware platforms and applications.
  • Desktop and notebook deployment and lifecycle management.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other system issues as they arise.
  • Manage and resolve Teir 1 IT support tickets using Kaseya.
  • Replacing and upgrading outdated systems when necessary.
  • Monitoring system performance to ensure smooth operation.
  • Researching and recommending new approaches to improve processes.
  • Ensuring documentation is up to date and comprehensive.
  • Assisting in the crafting and enforcing of policies related to endpoint functionality.
  • Administration of Microsoft Office 365 (GCC environment).
  • Supporting remote workforce.
  • Collaborate with other members of the IT and Security teams to quickly resolve issues.
  • Assist with and lead endpoint-focused projects.
  • Apply analytical skills to solve complex technical problems and recommend solutions.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with company staff, suppliers, and business partners.

Requirements

  

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  

  • Experience with a Windows Active Directory (AD) environment, to include a solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and GPOs.
  • Assist with platform modernization, with an emphasis on Windows 11 and S2022.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Oracle and Agile knowledge a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL a plus.
  • Familiarity administrating Zscaler, AzureAD, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Kaseya, Okta.
  • Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
  • Patient and professional demeanor, with a can-do attitude.
  • Leads by example serving as role model for employees by maintaining a positive, productive, and approachable presence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact successfully with a diverse work force.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professional integrity and honesty as well as personal credibility.
  • Complies with and ensures department compliance with Company health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-30 pounds.

  

Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in the IT industry, focused on systems administration and end user support.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Systems or relevant area of expertise desired.


Security: U.S. citizenship required. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a government security clearance.
