Build High-Performing Sales Teams
DUANELUX Marketing is experiencing rapid growth, and we're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build exceptional sales teams representing Verizon and Frontier products and services.
This is an opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives on identifying top talent, building meaningful relationships, and delivering exceptional hiring results. What You'll Do
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to attract top-performing sales professionals.
- Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner closely with leadership to understand staffing priorities and hiring goals.
- Consistently achieve recruiting performance metrics, including generating approximately 50 qualified recruiting prospects per week.
Qualifications
We're looking for a professional who offers:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven recruiting success with a reputable and established organization.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates in a competitive environment.
- Advanced proficiency using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media recruiting, referral programs, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Strong interviewing, relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities simultaneously.
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving hiring goals.
