Â
Family Office Accounting & OperationsÂ
Assist with accounting and financial reporting for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their related entitiesÂ
Maintain general ledgers across multiple business and investment entitiesÂ
Support monthly and year-end close processes, including financial statement preparationÂ
Prepare reconciliations of cash and other balance sheet accountsÂ
Assist with accounting for investment activity and related reportingÂ
Â
Accounts Payable & Financial AdministrationÂ
Process vendor invoices and support approval and payment workflowsÂ
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documentationÂ
Assist with tracking and recording investment-related transactions as neededÂ
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data across accounting systemsÂ
Â
Process Improvement & DocumentationÂ
Create and maintain clear documentation for accounting processes and assigned tasksÂ
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiencyÂ
Support implementation of process improvements and best practices across the teamÂ
Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assignedÂ
Who You Are
Required QualificationsÂ
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldÂ
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesÂ
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
Proficiency with Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks EnterpriseÂ
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentÂ
Strong technology mindset and willingness to learn new systemsÂ
Â
Preferred QualificationsÂ
Experience working with family office or investment clientsÂ
Experience with accounting for investments, including private equity or hedge fundsÂ
Experience with investment reporting and reconciling investment accountsÂ

Estimated Salary Range:  $60,000-85,000*Â
