Performs basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, welding, and other general maintenance work on school and office grounds, athletic fields, and related facilities. Performs manual, semi-skilled, and skilled labor in grounds operation and maintenance. Operates trucks, trailers, and heavy construction equipment. Performs other duties of similar scope and complexity as assigned.
