Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Towson, MD (Hybrid – 60% onsite, 40% remote)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Rate: Depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale Public Safety IT projects ensuring alignment with County objectives.
- Track progress, identify issues and risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Oversee scope, schedule, budget, testing, and acceptance criteria.
- Deliver executive-level communications and reports.
- Facilitate meetings and coordinate deliverables across teams.
- 7+ years of Project Management experience leading large IT projects.
- Experience in Public Safety systems (Police, Fire, 911, Corrections).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Active PMP certification.
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Previous government experience preferred.
- Must pass a Police Department background check.
