Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) is seeking an individual to provide administrative and technical support in the procurement of services, supplies, and goods.
The role involves creating and submitting requests for quotations, reviewing and analyzing purchases, and preparing related documentation.
Candidates should have experience in purchasing functions and be able to ensure competitive pricing through multiple quotes.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, and the salary is competitive based on qualifications and experience.

Provides administrative and technical support to office and school staff in the acquisition of services, supplies and goods within the allowable threshold that necessitates multiple quotes to ensure competitive pricing. Provides routine support duties related to the purchasing function. Creates and submits requests for quotation, reviews, analysis, and recommends for purchase of supplies, services, and goods. Reviews methods of acquisition and prepares related documentation. Performs other duties as assigned.
