GARNEY CONSTRUCTION

A Senior Superintendent position in Tracy, CA is available at Garney Construction. To be considered for this position you must have previous construction experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Drive job site safety and establish site safety expectations.
Create 6-week look-ahead schedules and monitor overall project schedule.
Coordinate with project management.
Review job cost and manage labor quantities.
Complete daily and periodic report updates.
Oversee quality control.
Manage subcontractors.
Train craft workers.
Mentor Superintendents.
Pay range between $160,000 to $190,000

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related Field.
10 Plus years of water and waste water construction expereince with a self-performing gerneral contractor.
Willing to travel and/or relocate.
