What Will You Be Doing?
- Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for construction and excavation projects
- Utilize Heavy Bid / Heavy Job or similar construction estimating software
- Communicate professionally and positively with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Collaborate with project managers and field staff to ensure alignment on project scope and requirements
- Maintain organized documentation, cost data, and project records
- Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
What Will You Bring?
- Minimum 2 years of estimating experience
- Proficiency with construction estimating software
- Strong computer skills and excellent time-management abilities
- Well‑developed estimating skills with proven accuracy
- Experience working with an excavation company preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and internal teams
Additional Details
- This is a fully onsite role — remote/work‑from‑home options are not available
- Company vehicle and fuel provided for work-related use
