Flagship Retail Trainer - Samsung

We are currently seeking a passionate and engaging Premium Retail Trainer to support the delivery of our training strategy across our flagship retail locations, including Samsung KX, Harrods, Selfridges, and Samsung HQ.

In this role, you will empower and develop a diverse retail workforce through impactful product training, personal development, live demonstrations, and customer-facing workshops. You will play a key role in bringing Samsung’s innovative technology and Connected Home experiences to life, inspiring both teams and customers to #DoWhatYouCant.

• As a Flagship Retail Trainer you will support the business in the delivery of the training strategy for the teams in our Premium Retail locations, focusing on product knowledge, personal development and influencing the team to #dowhatyoucant.
• You will also support in delivering Live Broadcasts, Masterclasses, Workshops, presentations and demos to our customers and visitors to engage and empower anyone who walks through our door.
• Training does not stop there, you will also be responsible for supporting our Connected Home at Samsung HQ, through Tours, Workshops and taking ownership of key aspects of the training remit under the guidance of the Training Manager.

• Assisting the Training team strategy
• Supporting Connected Home at Samsung HQ
• Deliver physical training sessions, events and workshops
• Team Development (including the wider team)
• Deliver Live Broadcast and Workshops

• Some experience or exposure to being a passionate Retail Trainer, able to work across a diverse and varied workforce - ideally with previous experience in the technology sector, though this is not essential.
• Ability to travel abroad to represent the brand with in Tech conferences/exhibitions.

• This is a multisite role, based in London but with work split across our other retail locations
• This role requires travel across our Flagship Retail and Samsung UK sites -including but not limited to, Samsung KX, Harrods, Selfridges and Samsung HQ
• Working locations will be scheduled the Training Manager based on business need and on a rota based system
• The cost of train travel will be covered between multiple sites agreed by Stellar account management
