THE OPPORTUNITY 
 

We’re looking for a Head of Technical to lead our coffee equipment function across wholesale, ensuring we deliver a consistently high standard of service to our partners as we grow. This role is focused on leading the team and bringing structure to how we manage installs, servicing, maintenance and reactive repairs. You’ll oversee scheduling, prioritisation and performance, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.



A key part of the role is building a strong, accountable team, improving ways of working, and creating processes that can scale as the wholesale side of the business continues to grow. You’ll work closely with wholesale and operations to balance service quality with commercial performance, supporting our ambition to grow our wholesale customers.



We’re looking for someone highly organised, people-focused, and experienced in managing field-based technical or service teams.

ABOUT YOU: 

  • 5+ years in technical service or equipment repair (coffee/hospitality preferred)
  • Must have a valid UK Drivers License 
  • PSSR and Electrical certified 
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small technical team
  • Organised and able to plan schedules and workloads
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable managing reactive repairs and planned maintenance
  • Clear communicator with internal teams and customers
  • Takes ownership and drives standards and accountability
  • Commercially aware; understands impact on service and revenue
