The Data Analyst works under the Manager - Data Analytics to review and validate laboratory data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. They are responsible for analyzing data from various tests, identifying trends or anomalies, and coordinating with laboratory teams to address discrepancies. Using in-house data review software, they assist in determining when retesting is required and ensure data is properly documented and ready for client reports. As a mid-level analyst, they also support the 
implementation of data optimization processes and collaborate on projects to improve data integrity and workflow efficiency.
