PACE North is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide both in-center and in-home therapy services to our elderly participants.

PACE stands for Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. We provide a unique, comprehensive care model for individuals aged 55 and older who qualify for nursing facility-level care but wish to remain in their homes as they age.Ā
About the Role - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OTĀ
- Facilitate wellness and restorative programsĀ
- Support participants in reaching therapy goalsĀ
- Assist with equipment ordering and implementationĀ
- Provide staff and family training Ā

Requirements
- Associateās degree from an ACOTE or WFOT accredited OT programĀ
- Michigan COTA LicenseĀ
- Valid driverās license (travel required)Ā
- 1 year of experience with geriatric populations preferredĀ
- Clinical competency with older adults and basic computing skills
