A Day in the Life 

• Our multidisciplinary teams include experienced LPNs, RNs, providers, clinicians and support staff who will help you transition to your new role.

• We tailor our care to each person’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Qualifications

What’s Required 

• Current Michigan LPN licensure

• One-year acute care or long term care facility nursing experience

• Prior home health experience is beneficial
