We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who loves animals, has strong communication skills, and enjoys helping customers find the best products and services for their pets.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in customers and their pets for grooming appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Make outbound calls to follow up on grooming appointments and customer needs
Sell and recommend retail products such as treats, food, toys, and accessories
- Maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves, and organize displays
- Assist in managing customer records and scheduling appointments
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferredĀ
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls and following up with customers
- Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentĀ
- Love for pets is a must!
Schedule:
- Flexible availability preferred, including weekends
- 28-32 hours a week
