| Job Duties |
- Operate assigned mechanical equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English
- Train employees to defined work instructions and SOP’s
- Translate shift start meetings
- Translate conversations
- Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

| Experience and Education |
- Perform work under direct supervision
- Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff
- Possess beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
- 5+ years of experience

| Competencies/ Skills |
- Ability to interpret work instructions in both English and Spanish
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions in both English and Spanish
- Ability to read a ruler and/or tape measure
- Basic verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Basic mathematical skills in both English and Spanish
- Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish
