The System Administrator is responsible for administering, supporting, and maintaining Enterprise packaged solutions and related technologies. They work closely with business and technical teams to ensure applications meet operational requirements, perform reliably, and deliver value to the organization.
In addition, they participate in the implementation, administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of enterprise applications, assist in analyzing business requirements, configuring solutions, resolving technical issues, and supporting technology initiatives. The System Administrator develops expertise in assigned applications and technologies while continuously expanding technical knowledge and contributing to team success.Â

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the installation, administration, maintenance, and enhancement of Enterprise packaged solutions. Perform configuration management, release management, user provisioning, and change management activities as required by supported applications. Monitor system health and performance to ensure service level expectations are met. [35%]
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues. Partner with end users, technical staff, and vendors to diagnose application problems and implement effective solutions. Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions to improve system stability and supportability. [25%]
- Collaborate with other areas in IT, including Database, Network, Storage, Security, Server, and Application Development teams, to support enterprise applications and integrations. Assist in evaluating the impact of system changes and new functionality on supported environments. [10%]
- Understand and work from business and technical requirements. Assist in translating requirements into technical solutions that leverage existing application capabilities and align with business objectives. Participate in solution design discussions, testing activities, and technology evaluations. [10%]
- Develop technical knowledge of assigned applications and technologies. Continuously expand understanding of solution capabilities, industry trends, and best practices. Share knowledge and contribute to team documentation and operational procedures. [10%]
- Interact with software vendors and support organizations to research issues, evaluate product capabilities, and facilitate problem resolution. [5%]
- Participate in application upgrades, service pack installations, testing efforts, impact analysis, and deployment activities. Assist in developing support, migration, and operational procedures to ensure successful implementation of system changes. [5%]
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains up to date installation, configuration, and usage documentation for Enterprise packaged solutions.
- Participate in test planning, regression testing, and defect analysis activities.
- Provide high quality timely estimates for project tasks, activities, and deliverables.
- Monitor application status and activity and review system logs.
- Assist in developing and testing disaster recovery procedures.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and cross-training initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and apply technical concepts in a business environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting business applications or enterprise software solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments, web applications, databases, and application integrations.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle concepts, testing methodologies, and change management practices.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Document Management, Imaging, Workflow Automation, Customer Communications Management (CCM), or similar business applications.
- Exposure to platforms such as OnBase, Kofax, FileNet, xPression, Quadient Inspire, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Experience with IIS, SQL Server, XML, APIs, Web Services, or middleware technologies.
- Experience supporting applications in a corporate IT environment.
Required Length and Type of Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience supporting business applications, enterprise software, or related technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and working with users, vendors, and technical teams to resolve problems.
- Experience participating in software implementations, upgrades, testing, or production support activities preferred.
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.
Pay Range: $91,021-$114,806Eligible full-time employees receive a competitive Total Rewards package, including but not limited to a 401(k) with employer match up to 8% and additional service-based contributions, Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life and Disability coverage, generous PTO, Paid Sick Leave, and paid parental leave in addition to state-mandated leave.
