Full Job Description:
As a Electronic Assembler, you will support the Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations departments in their day-to-day needs to ensure a seamless flow of quality products to our customers and internal teams.

Duties and Responsibility
  • Troubleshoot electrical failures on circuit boards.
  • Primary responsibility for the construction and wiring of ultrasonic transducers for ultrasonic cleaning units.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate construction and wiring of ultrasonic transducers and control cabinets.
  • Perform routine hi-pot testing and impedance analysis on ultrasonic transducer arrays.
  • Clean parts for the transducer assembly team.
  • Perform transducer repairs and minor circuit board soldering as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to execute procedures, maintain a high level of professionalism, and communicate effectively.
  • Possess an electronic technical certificate.
  • 2 years of experience and working knowledge of electronics, manufacturing, and test equipment.
  • Good soldering skills and electronic troubleshooting ability.
  • Proficient with hand and power tools.
  • Additional skills in electrical safety, industrial and electrical maintenance, wiring diagrams, electrical controls, and maintenance and repair.
  • Required and able to lift 50 lbs.
