Hourly Rate: $15.92/hour

Job Description: The student videographer will work within the Office of Communications, Marketing, and Brand Management on various department initiatives to advance the TCNJ brand.

Responsibilities:

·       Film on-campus events and marketing footage, as well as other pre-production tasks.

·       Edit original video content to support news stories, social media posts, and marketing initiatives.

·       Assist on set with audio, lighting, and pre-shoot logistics.

·       Create basic to intermediate level motion graphics for use in select projects.

·       Manage the use and care of all equipment for departmental use.

·       Cover occasional evening and/or weekend events on campus (required).

·       Assist with other production tasks as needed (required).

Job Requirements:

·       Previous filming and editing experience required.

·       Working knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere/ After Effects) is required.

·       Ability to take direction and work in a professional office setting.

·       Applicants must be able to provide samples of their work.

·       Applicants must be available to work at least 9 hours per week.

 NOTE: Equipment and editing software will be provided, but use of personal equipment is at the student’s discretion. Positions may continue into the summer.
