Key Responsibilities:

Instruction & Program Delivery

  • Develop and implement structured lesson plans appropriate for age and skill level

  • Provide safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate gymnastics instruction

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to each class to prepare the lesson area

  • Set up and break down equipment before and after each session

  • Supervise students at all times during instructional periods

  • Maintain minimal use of instructional videos

Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate attendance records

  • Maintain performance and skill development records for each student

  • Provide monthly attendance reports to the Program Coordinator

  • Submit monthly invoices with required contract references

Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate scheduling and performance requirements with the Program Coordinator

  • Provide advance notice (minimum 7 days) for non-emergency absences

  • Notify the POC immediately in case of emergency cancellations

  • Maintain confidentiality of all student and family information

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience teaching gymnastics at an established facility

  • Demonstrated experience working with young children

  • Ability to develop structured lesson plans

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
