The Licensed Clinician is a key member of our treatment team, providing high-quality, client-centered clinical services to individuals navigating substance use recovery.

Through assessments, individual and group counseling, and personalized treatment planning, this role helps clients develop effective coping strategies, understand addiction, and work toward sustainable recovery goals in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and substance use assessments

  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners

  • Participate in weekly clinical supervision in accordance with state and professional requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Licensure

  • LAC

  • LSW

  • CADC

  • LCSW

  • LPC

  • LCADC

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment practices

  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care

Additional Requirements

  • Successful completion of physical exam and drug screening (including THC)

  • Ability to attend and complete all required trainings

  • Ability to meet physical requirements including sitting, standing, lifting, bending, driving, and attending meetings

  • Required Criminal Record History, FBI, and Child Abuse History Clearances

  • Must pass federal and state background checks
