Warehouse Supervisor

Rees Scientific is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Trenton, NJ.

This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting warehouse workflow, inventory accuracy, process improvements, and cross-functional operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
 • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and warehouse work orders
 • Lead, train, cross-train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals
 • Assign tasks and manage work schedules to ensure efficient workflow
 • Manage cycle counts and monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate stock control and recordkeeping
 • Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
 • Generate, track, and maintain warehouse KPIs and operational reports
 • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to support operational needs
 • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications:
 • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
 • 2–5+ years of warehouse experience, including supervisory responsibilities
 • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics processes
 • Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
 • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
 • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
 • Knowledge of Six Sigma principles is a plus
