Summary

Responsible for supporting program initiative and Club Manager with overseeing program curriculum, daily routine, activities, and functions of the A.L.L. Club Youth Collaborative (ACYC).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Support Club Manager in supervising club with efficiency and effectiveness to support the direction consistent with the Agency’s strategic plan.
Responsible for supporting Club Manager with establishing and maintaining program curriculum.
Provide direct care supervision of youth during all aspects of the daily routine, monitor school attendance and progress, assist with homework/tutoring.
Cooperates with other staff members in achieving goals and treatment philosophies of A.L.L. Club Youth Collaborative.
Develop positive rapport with members, staff, and community stakeholders.
Keep all necessary records, monthly/weekly reports, incident reports updated and accurate as required by policy.
Work with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance standards are maintained.
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Criminal Justice or related field is preferred. Experience in lieu of education requirements will be considered.
3-5 years’ experience working directly with youth and young adults is strongly preferred.
Having a strong understanding of mental health conditions, trauma and/or substance use, and empathy for individuals within the community recommended.
Experience working with community groups and coordinating fundraising activities is desired.
Demonstrated leadership skills including recruiting, performance management, and conflict resolution are essential. Training in de-escalation techniques preferred.

Qualifications

Must maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to Goodwill's liability insurance provider.
Must maintain the ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.
