The Program Manager is responsible for the operational oversight and success of the European Licensing and contracted training programs. HAA provides training for both FAA  (US Aviation Licensing) and EASA (European Aviation Licensing).

This is a non flying position that oversees all aspects of training for students enrolled in specific programs, including flight instruction, ground instruction, training quality, student progress, operational safety, and regulatory compliance. The Program Manager works closely with instructors, students, and administrative staff to help ensure students complete their training efficiently while maintaining high training standards and compliance requirements.

The Program Manager is a key member of the flight school leadership team and will play an important role in maintaining program approvals, adapting to changing regulations, and supporting the continued success of HAA’s international training operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a highly regulated environment.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee all students enrolled in HAA’s international training program
  • Monitor student training progress and support timely program completion
  • Coordinate with CFIs and staff to maintain high-quality flight and ground instruction  
  • Ensure compliance with FAA and EASA regulations and training standards
  • Oversee training documentation, student records, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with certification processes, audits, and ongoing compliance maintenance
  • Help maintain and improve training courses and procedures as regulations evolve  
  • Support safe and professional training operations
  • Communicate regularly with students, instructors, and leadership teams regarding training needs and program progress
  • Assist in developing efficient processes that support student success and operational excellence

Training Provided

No prior aviation or EASA experience is required. Full on-the-job training will be provided.

The only required language for this position is English. Candidates should be eager to learn, comfortable working with detailed processes and regulations, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a professional environment.
