o聽聽 Define test strategy based on requirements and specifications regarding Automotive product.
o聽聽 Identify failures, root cause issues and recommend fixes.
o聽聽 Create scripts/tools to improve testing efficiency.
o聽聽 Write validation reports, test procedures, and compliance document.(Ensuring all 聽聽聽聽equipment, systems, and processes adhere to Automotive standards)
o聽聽 Ability to communicate effectively with customers based on a solid understanding of vehicle simulation bench architecture and test environments.
o聽聽 Maintenance and management of test Bench equipment.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 System Requirement Analysis & Test Case Generation:
o聽聽 Clarify system requirements through detailed discussions and documentation.
o聽聽 Provide tailored solutions to address both technical and engineering-related challenges.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Customer Support & Engineering Collaboration:
o聽聽 Assist customers in resolving technical and operational issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
o聽聽 Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Compliance, Quality & Safety:
o聽聽 Ensure programs are executed in accordance with Supplier Quality Management System (SQMS) requirements.
o聽聽 Ensure compliance with applicable automotive standards and customer鈥憇pecific requirements, including IATF 16949, Automotive SPICE, ISO 17025.
o聽聽 Maintain working knowledge of safety policies and regulations and ensure all program activities are performed in a safe manner.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Business Travel & Customer Support:
o聽聽 Conduct business trips to manufacturing sites or HQ to support customer visits and project reviews.
o聽聽 Function as a key representative during customer visits, ensuring a positive and productive experience.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Education & Experience:
o聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree required, or equivalent experience (5 additional years of relevant technical experience in degree). A technical or engineering degree is strongly preferred.
o聽聽聽 Prior experience in a OEM or Tier 1 in Automotive Industry environment is a plus.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Professional Experience
o聽聽聽 10+ years of experience in Automotive industry with at least 5+ years of validation engineer test experience in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Technical Skills:
o聽聽聽 Familiarity with VCU and Bench test equipment and software.
o聽聽聽 Having a strong understanding of Vehicle VCU log analysis involves several key competencies and knowledge areas.
o聽聽聽 Solid understanding of automotive product development processes and cross鈥慺unctional engineering practices.
o聽聽聽 Familiarity with test tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, dSPACE, NI, or equivalent
o聽聽聽 Experience with diagnostic validation (UDS services, DTC verification, fault memory validation)
o聽聽聽 Analyze test failures and perform root cause analysis (RCA) in collaboration with HW/SW teams
o聽聽聽 Experience with test scripting, log analysis, and large dataset validation
o聽聽聽 Define and execute comprehensive validation strategies covering unit, integration, system, and vehicle-level testing
o聽聽聽 Execute black-box and white-box testing for embedded software components.
o聽聽聽 Familiarity with issue tracking system such as PTRS and JIRA system.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Language Proficiency:
o聽聽聽 Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.
o聽聽聽 Ability to communicate effectively with global clients and internal teams.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Confidentiality & Information Management:
o聽聽聽 Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately, ensuring data security and compliance.
