We currently have an opening for a Sectional Customer Experience Supervisor in our Troy, Ohio location.Â
 Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership and direction for the sectional dealer customer experience group to ensure customer experience levels that exceed our customers’ expectations.
Â
- Document and maintain customer experience procedures that provide for consistent implementation of customer service practices among the group.
Â
- Maintain necessary metrics to monitor the performance level of the group and intercede when a decrease in performance level is observed.
Â
- Provide training and coaching for the group to develop their knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform at their best levels.
Â
- Be fiscally responsible when making decisions and manage within the budgeted expense levels for the department.
Â
- Formally evaluate and provide feedback to each member of the group at least annually.
Â
- Work with internal and external customers to determine what services we can provide to exceed their expectations.
Â
- Monitor work levels and re-assign work as required to insure we meet our customers’ expectations.
Â
- Keep abreast of new technologies, best practices, and general information as it relates to the customer service profession and the building products industry.
 Qualifications:Â
- Education: Associates degree required – Bachelor's degree preferred.Â
- Experience: Minimum of three years of customer service or garage door industry knowledge recommended. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
