· Experience in CATIA V5/6 or 3DX

· Must be flexible and able to course correct paths according to priority alignment

· Strong communication skills both verbal and written

· Education– BSME / MS or MBA a plus

· Experience - 10+years Exteriors development

· Experience in Complete Vehicle development and manufacture

· Experience in injection molding plastic process / joining techniques / paint / tooling

· Experience supervising or managing technical personnel preferred

· Experience in launching a complete vehicle
