KIRCO is seeking an experienced Generalist who is passionate about creating outstanding employee experiences while partnering with leaders across the organization.


This role is perfect for an HR professional who enjoys balancing recruiting, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations while serving as a trusted business partner.

You'll play a key role in attracting exceptional talent, supporting leaders, and helping our organization continue to grow.


What You'll Do


  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage candidate experience
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new Associates
  • Support employee relations, coaching, and performance discussions
  • Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies
  • Assist with payroll administration and HRIS management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and development
  • Assist with policy development and process improvements
  • Serve as a trusted resource for Associates and leadership


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 2-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Strong recruiting experience with exempt and non-exempt positions
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience handling employee relations issues professionally and confidentially
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • HRIS experience (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
